4. Book purchases & refunds
Physical books purchased via Amazon are governed by Amazon's refund policy. Books ordered directly via UPI may be refunded within 7 days if returned unopened at the buyer's expense. Digital products (PDFs, recordings) are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Intellectual property
All written content, book copy, coaching frameworks, course material, graphics, and media on this site are the intellectual property of Lavya Sundrani, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of liability
